The Bellingham Open Highland Dancing Championship is a feature of the 2025 Highland Games! Sanctioned by the Royal Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing; we look forward to welcoming competitors to the prestigious competition in a location sure to attract international visitors.

The Tacoma Highland Games were held for the first time in 1970. The founders of the games consisted of Dick Roberts, Bill Micenko, Tina Gray, Jack Montgomery and the Grand Old Man of the Tacoma Scottish community, Johnny Montgomery.

Skagit Valley Highland Games
The Skagit Valley Highland Games is part of an annual circuit of Scottish competitions held in the Pacific Northwest and Lower Mainland of British Columbia. As such, the quality of performers in solo bagpiping and drumming competitions, bagpipe bands, fiddling, traditional Scottish athletics (the “heavy” events) and Scottish Highland dancing is at an extremely high level.

The 6th oldest Scottish festival in the US featuring the North American Scottish Athletics Championship, US West Coast Drum Corps Championship, individual Piping and Drumming, and Pipe Bands – you will see and experience it all, plus much, much more at the Enumclaw Expo Center. Will you join us for a few hours or the entire weekend? Are you a veteran or a novice? No matter, you will find yourself experiencing a wee bit of Scotland right here in the Pacific Northwest!

Brier SeaScare & Porch Light Parade
Join us as the people and sea creatures of Brier get together for a casual evening of fun. Gather the kids on your block and enter the parade - the theme is scary sea creatures, octopi, pirates, boats, nautical or any sea related idea.

BCPA Annual Gathering "Indoor Meet"
The BC Pipers’ Association Annual Gathering (also known as the “Indoor Meet”) is held on the Friday and Saturday of the Easter long weekend each year.
The Friday features Solo Piobaireachd competitions and Open Drumming competitions, as well as drumming workshops.
Saturday events are the remaining solo events, a full band competition, and the Ceilidh afterward including performances by the solo aggregate winners.
